Jennifer Lopez Makes a Spicy Claim Involving Alex Rodriguez’s Former Rumored Lover Madonna Years After an Infamous Incident

Before hanging up his cleats in 2016, baseball icon Alex Rodriguez stayed in MLB, playing for three different teams. Majorly he played for the New York Yankees, and with them, he won his first and only World Series Ring in 2009. Since then, a lot has taken place in A-Rod’s life. He has gotten into many relationships, got engaged once, and now is in another relationship. But the highlight of his relationships to this day is only with the pop icon Jennifer Lopez.

In an exclusive interview with E News, Lopez recently set the record straight about Madonna’s kiss with Britney Spears and Christina Aguilera. Not to forget that the Yankees legend once reportedly dated Madonna.

What did Jennifer Lopez say about the infamous Madonna incident at the VMAs?

During the 2003 MTV Video Music Awards, the Queen of Pop, Madonna, after her iconic performance, kissed the Princess of Pop, Britney Spears, and iconic singer Christina Aguilera. This incident shocked fans across the world. And even two decades after the iconic moment, Shotgun Wedding’s actress, Jennifer Lopez, is still talking about it.

It was apparently Lopez and Spears who were supposed to kiss the Queen of Pop after her performance. But as JLo said, “I was filming a movie in Canada and we had met — me, her (Madonna) and Britney to do it — at her home. And I just couldn’t get off the film … so they got Christina to do it.”

And thus, because of a commitment, Lopez missed out on an opportunity of a lifetime. Maybe after hearing JLo’s words about the kiss, Madonna might give her a chance. Although, it might also be possible that she might not want to kiss JLo after watching JLo impersonating her.

In the year 2020, because of the pandemic, the then couple was not able to throw a big bash for Halloween. But since they had their costumes ready, they decided for them not to go to waste. Therefore, the two dressed up, invited their immediate close friends, and had a small party. Where JLo dressed up as none other than Madonna and Rodriguez dressed up as Bruce Springsteen.

Even though the singer herself has denied it before, it is said that the reason A-Rod broke up his marriage with Scurtis was because of his alleged affair with the Queen of Pop.
