Talkin’ Baseball shared this news on Twitter with the caption, “Bruce Bochy says that Jacob deGrom will miss another two to three weeks with his elbow inflammation,”

This situation is certainly what deGrom never wanted to be in. He was playing well before the injury and had a big impact on the team. In six games of the season, deGrom claimed two wins and an ERA of 2.67. He had 45 strikeouts to his name at an astonishing WHIP of 0.76. His absence for a long can impact his season records.
