A 1909-1911 Honus Wagner T-206 baseball card has recently created a record. The highly valued piece of sports memorabilia got sold for a massive $7.25 million. The amount beat the previous record set by the same Honus Wagner card, albeit of a lower grade. Earlier, Wagner’s lower-grade model baseball card got sold at $6.6 million.?

According to a?source, speaking to USA Today, Ken Goldin said,?“It’s just so rare. It’s a flag-bearer for the industry, especially for cards. Anybody that gets into the hobby and has money, it’s a status symbol. ‘Do you have a Wagner?’ There’s so few of them.”?
