The baseball legend Derek Jeter sold this house last year for $22.5 million, but people still come around to have a look at the house. The people living near the former Jeter mansion are definitely not at all happy about the demolition in process and are also vocal about it.?

The neighbor Frank Ryon thinks,?“Well, I think it?s just a big waste of money in the way.”

“I heard the news they were gonna demolish the mansion. I wanted one last look at it. Fan of Tom Brady and Derek Jeter, so, kind of nostalgic, I guess,? said Rob Nicholson, who came from California just to have one last look at the beautiful mansion.?
