It has been almost two weeks since MLB banned the San Diego Padres superstar Fernando Tatis Jr. Notably, MLB found him guilty of violating the PEDs (performance-enhancing drugs) policy and suspended him for 80 games.

Tatis? ban also affected the whole Padres squad. However, the Padres shortstop has come forward and publicly apologized to his teammates and fans for disappointing them. Reacting to his apology, the Padres’ third baseman, Manny Machado, also backed his star teammate.

Notably, when MLB banned Tatis for PEDs usage, almost all of his teammates criticized him for such irresponsible action. Machado and Mike Clevinger said that they would not miss Tatis? absence. However, now it seems like everyone is on the same page at the Padres regarding the whole Tatis-PEDs scenario.

Manny Machado backs Fernando Tatis Jr. after his public apology

Per Marty Caswell of XTRA1360, Machado did not reveal the exact conversation between?Fernando Tatis Jr.?and his teammates. However, when Marty asked if it was easy to forgive Tatis, Machado said he would back the Padres shortstop. And if needed, he will be there for any kind of support for his teammate.
