For a long time now, the New York Yankees have kept high expectations of Jasson Dominguez. With the star prospect occupying and dominating center field for the Yankees in lower leagues affiliates, the expectations were set high when he first stepped onto the plate to make his debut.

Dominguez seemed to waste no time to get going. Leaving aside all biases about this only being his first at bat in the major leagues. Or that he was facing pitches from the vaunted Justin Verlander, Dominguez swung for the fences and connected in his very first at bat. Dispatching the ball well over the boundary wall to start the flow of home runs for the future star.

Dominguez was making history with his debut, setting the record for the youngest debutante. Sure enough, when Dominguez lined up on home plate, the Yankees fans were hyped for the star to be delivering one of his classic power-packed hits to clear the field. And if there’s one thing we know about aliens right now, they are not disappointing.

With a skillset as complete as Dominguez, this could well be MLB’s newest star in the making.
