“Inject This Into My F*** Veins”- Yankees Wives and Girlfriends Mock Cleveland Guardians Star, Leaving the MLB World in Splits

After losing a couple of games in the ALDS, the New York Yankees bounced back with consecutive wins and eliminated the Cleveland Guardians to seal their ALCS spot. Unlike the rest of the three-division series, the Yankees v/s Guardians took five games to decide the winner. 

Although the Yankees did a tremendous job of making a comeback in the postseason and eliminating the Guardian, the main talking point of the series has been Josh Naylor trolling Gerrit Cole with a rock-the-baby celebration in Game 4. And now, when the Pinstripes have advanced to the ALCS, the Guardians DH is getting the taste of his own medicine.

Yankees wives and girlfriends hit back at Josh Naylor after the New York Yankees eliminate Cleveland Guardians

On their day, the New York Yankees are absolutely ruthless, regardless of the opponents. And the last two ALDS games had the same momentum in the ballparks. When Naylor, the Guardians’ designated hitter, mocked Gerrit Cole with a rock-the-baby celebration in Game 4, the Yankees players did not react at all.

And now, when the Yankees have knocked the Guardians out, Naylor has become troll material for the Yankees’ fanbase. Even the Yankees players’ wives and girlfriends hit back at Naylor with the same celebration after the win.

And for a change, they held a real baby in their hand and trolled the Guardians’ player epically. The video of the same is doing rounds on the internet.

Taking to Twitter, several fans also mocked Naylor after his celebration went in vain. A few of the Yankees fans also appreciated the Yankees’ wives and girlfriends.

Gleyber Torres hit back at the Guardians and Josh Naylor

As earlier said, the Yankees did not react much when Naylor trolled Cole in Game 4. But now, when they have eliminated the Guardians, the Yankees are having the last laugh with their epic responses. 

Per Bryan Hoch of MLB.com, Torres said that Naylor’s celebration was disrespectful. He also took a dig at the Guardians by saying, “they can watch on TV.”
