How did Aaron Boone reflect upon his explosion?

Having lost 20 matches in the second half of the 2022 season, the team was not doing well on the field. And the manager is since known to show his anger on the field, and recently he blew up off the field too.

After winning yesterday’s match, he reflected on the explosion and what might have caused it. “I don’t necessarily like coming up here and getting upset or frustrated. But I also try to be authentic. I’m human. So as much as I try to be as steady as I can be, you go through things during the course of the year that allows some things out,” the Yankees’ manager said

Further, he said, “We try and always have a consistency in the way we do things and the way we prepare and the way we respond no matter what we’re going through. But you know there are human moments where like me getting upset yesterday. So I would say..human moments come out.”
