Fans want the Yankees to re-sign Aaron Judge

In an attack led by Aaron Judge, Aaron Hicks, and Giancarlo Stanton, the Yankees crushed the Pirates. Judge and Hicks belted a grand slam each, while Stanton also hammered his 21st home run this season. This grand slam was the 30th home run for Judge in 2022.

Taking to Twitter, fans went crazy and reacted to the once-in-a-lifetime game. One fan noted it as a good sign before playing the next series against the arch-rival, Boston Red Sox, while another fan requested the Yankees to re-sign their talisman.

Takin Yanks also shared a video of Hicks hitting the grand slam and captioned it, “If your name is Aaron and you play for the New York Yankees, you hit a grand slam tonight.”

A fan even appreciated the guts of Judge for turning down an extension offer and then going berserk in his arbitration season. Notably, Judge rejected a $200-plus million deal from the Yankees and preferred to become a free agent.

The 2022 season belongs to one and only Aaron Judge. The Yankees slugger hammered his 30th home run before the All-Star games. And he is on a pace to hit over 60 home runs this season. Judge has been a driving force for the Pinstripes’ domination in the current season.
