The Texas Rangers saw a much-deserved World Series win for the first time in the team’s history in the 2023 season. And their star shortstop, Corey Seager, won the MVP Award of the series for his outstanding performance on the field. Despite playing for the Rangers’ rival Dodgers for a good six seasons, Corey didn’t let the Cowboys down. The Texans have something to say to the main man behind their home state’s MLB victory.
Corey Seager joined the Rangers last season; he’s been topping the team’s charts ever since. He scored multiple homers in three out of five games in the Fall Series Classic. Per AP News reports, his streak of on-base hits in the twenty games played made him the third-best player to begin a postseason career overall. Amidst the victory of the team and the victory of his MVP win, Seager’s Texan fans came up with a heartwarming tribute for the junior captain clutch of this generation.

The Rangers offered $325 million to Corey Seager before the start of the 2022 season. They employed the slugger in their clubhouse in the hopes of getting his help in winning the title this year, just as he helped the Dodgers win in 2020. Needless to say, Seager did not only do that but also etch the Rangers’ name in evergreen letters on the pages of baseball’s history.
