“I Will Go Again”- Pop Icon Jennifer Lopez’s Strip Club Confession Once Left Ex-fiance Alex Rodriguez in an Awkward Position

MLB icon Alex Rodriguez, over the years, has achieved quite a lot in his career as a professional baseball player and a businessman. The former athlete simultaneously balanced both his careers as he brought his net worth to a monstrous value of $350 million. It would not have been possible if it wasn’t for the lucrative contracts he signed in MLB and his business acumen. Although it’s now been more than six years since he hung up his cleats, he has continued to stay connected to the game in one way or another.

However, in those last six years, his personal life has gone through some major changes. His relationship with the multi-talented Jennifer Lopez, to this day, stands to be the highlight of those years. The two have their ways of making the other person flustered. In the same manner, JLo once made her ex-fiance unsettled publicly. It happened as she made a confession about a strip club.

For those unversed, the actress’ role in the movie was of a woman who used to be a stripper and had some big plans for her life in the Big Apple. To play her role perfectly, the actress resorted to learning pole dancing. Therefore, she also had a pole set up in her bedroom. However, what seems to be an Instagram live, when her then-fiance A-Rod asked her about doing some due diligence for her role, her answer left her beau awestruck.

Rodriguez plainly told her that to play her role perfectly, she has to do some due diligence. She had to do so by going to a strip club. To which Lopez replied, “yeah, I have gone, and I will go again.”

These few words were enough to make the former athlete stutter publicly. Although a couple of moments later, JLo admitted that it was indeed a joke and nothing else. 

Lopez and Rodriguez: an incomplete love story?

From the moment the ex-celeb couple came into a relationship in 2017, they made it to the headlines throughout the course of their relationship. The two of them were no novices when it came to handling their fame. Their fame had only risen after coming together. After two years of staying together as a couple, they got engaged in 2019.
