MLB great Derek Jeter remained fearless in the ballpark for over two decades he spent playing baseball. After bidding farewell to the game in 2014, in a children’s fashion show, Jeter revealed his fear of walking a runway. Although, at first, it was tough to believe there was something the mighty Hall of Famer Derek Jeter was scared about, everyone has their own fears. Similar to him, his supermodel wife, Hannah Jeter, before marrying the MLB icon, revealed her fear as she appeared on “The Rich Eisen Show.”
It wasn’t easy to believe that the supermodel who used to appear on the stage for a living would get terrified of being the host of a reality show. Yes, in November 2015, the supermodel got an opportunity to be a host on “Project Runway Junior.”
What did the supermodel Hannah Jeter say about her experience?

For those unversed, Project Runway Junior is a show in which teenagers from 13-17 of age do tasks hoping to get their big break before they turn 18. In the end, whoever wins, gets a scholarship to FIDM, California, some money, and lots of prizes. But when day one of the show came, Jeter (formerly Davis) was more scared than most.
Talking about her experience, the SI model said, “I was so terrified, but it was okay because they were terrified too.” While remembering the first day, she said to the kids, “Guys, I’ve never done this before. I’m really sorry, this is gonna take a lot of takes. Be patient.”
Appearing on shows was a part of her job. But instead of getting scared and backing out of it, she went and ended up doing a great show.

The supermodel knows how to stand up for herself!
In February 2015, the cover of Sports Illustrated’s swimsuit issue featuring Hannah Davis blew up. The cover had the model wearing a semi-nude bikini, which ended up being the root of harsh criticism toward her.

But instead of giving in, the supermodel stood up for herself. With it, she said there were many more scandalous pictures in the magazine. Whereas hers was just a cover. She also added that it was a small thing for everyone to create a big issue out of it. It seems like MLB icon Derek Jeter not only wed a supermodel but a strong and confident woman as well.
