Most recently, he was brought to tears as he prepared a special gesture for his older daughter’s milestone moment.

A-Rod’s older daughter Natasha Rodriguez graduated from High School recently. In honor of that massive milestone, he prepared some special gifts for her. One of them was a special gesture that left the Yankees legend in tears.

Alex Rodriguez is in an emotional state as his oldest daughter Natasha has graduated High School. The Yankees legend prepared multiple gifts to celebrate the massive milestone. One of them was a letter that he wrote filled with his love and pride for his daughter. A-Rod reportedly broke down while reading the letter aloud in front of his family. During an appearance on the “CBS Mornings” Show, he revealed these details. He also mentioned that his daughter is a role model for him. 

During the interview, he said, “I couldn’t finish the letter ‘cause I started breaking down. I was at my house, we had a bunch of my family over and I basically said that I’m supposed to be your role model. Here you are at 18 and you’re my role model. And, uh, just so proud of her, and she’s going to go through theatre. They’re only accepting 23 students in Michigan, 11 girls 12 boys, and she was one of the young ladies that was picked.”

This was a truly emotional moment for the baseball superstar as he prepares to send Natasha to college. After retiring from baseball, he devoted his time to his daughters. A-Rod wanted to make up for what he lost during his busy career. Now his oldest daughter is going to the University of Michigan, a choice that he very much approves.
