Multiple things matter for an athlete while they play. One of those things is the apparel that they wear. The baseball legend Derek Jeter being a face of multiple brands over the years, certainly knows what athleisure means for an athlete.

Therefore, the shortstop teamed up with e-commerce entrepreneur and UNTUCKit Founder Chris Riccobono, the greatest hockey player of all time, Wayne Gretzky, and American Ballet Theatre Principal Dancer Misty Copeland to launch the brand ‘Greatness Wins.’ The brand is for both young and adult athletes to focus only on one thing, which is winning and getting better.
Captain Derek Jeter looks at greatness differently
A legend is called a legend because of a reason; because they do see things differently than others. Similarly, Derek Jeter sees greatness in a unique way than others do.
“People look at greatness, and they think it’s an ultimate goal. I look at it as a mindset. I look at having that mindset and anything that you want to achieve,” co-founder of Greatness Wins said.

According to Jeter, an athlete have to have certain tools to help him out. Performance is the ultimate goal for any athlete, and the right apparel does help. Greatness Wins has the right quality fit, consistency, and sustainability, providing athletes with one of the most important tools to help in the betterment of their performance.
What other businesses does Jeter own?
Jeter launched a publishing house in November 2013, just around a year before retiring from Major League Baseball. He also is a partner and Brand Development Officer of a food company, Luvo. Other than this, Jeter is the face of many premium brands. He also previously had a 4% stake in the MLB franchise, Miami Marlins. He then sold it for around 44 million dollars, as his and the team’s vision did not match.

One of the major things that the shortstop had his eyes set on before retiring was to get married and have a family. And The Captain did all that. He is married to the Supermodel Hannah Jeter and has three daughters.
