4 years ago, while talking to the Yankees, Judge admitted that he finds motivation in his failures. His words were, “I’m motivated by failure. In a crazy way, I kinda enjoy failure. Those bad days make the games that you win, the winning all that so much more enjoyable” 

Judge sees failure as a means to an end, rather than an end itself. The rundown of what he was saying – by using failure as a means to learn, he is able to stay motivated and focused. Which leads to a greater sense of accomplishment and enjoyment when he does succeed.

Judge: the bedrock of the Yankees 

The New York Yankees is a team known for its notable history and winning tradition. Though, like any team, they have had their ups and downs over the years. While the Yankees have not had the consistent success, they had in the past, they still have a talented roster with Judge in the center.

This shows in his consistently high-level plays that have established him as one of the best all-round players in the league.
