With the All-Star break not too far, the New York Yankees captain Aaron Judge has already smashed home runs in double digits. When the AL home run king went on the injured list earlier this season, the Yankees fans had lost their faith in the team. But now, when the captain is back, strong, and healthy, he is doing everything possible for the team to have a remarkable comeback. While doing so, BAJ hit his 18th home run of the season against the Seattle Mariners.
However, hours before doing so, the reigning AL MVP stunned his millions of fans with the revelation of a close friend. While playing for the Yankees, every other team is supposed to be a rival for the players. But that wasn’t and isn’t the case with the Yankees captain.

Before starting the series with the Mariners, the Yankees played a three-game series with the San Diego Padres. Notably, the Yanks won. But getting the chance to play with the Padres also gave a chance for two close friends to meet up. Hence, Padres’ ace Blake Snell posted a picture of him with Aaron Judge immersed in a conversation.
As the Padres’ player posted the picture of Judge’s hand on his shoulder, he wrote, “Good catching up my brudda.” While doing so, Snell did not forget to tag the captain himself on his Instagram story. Shortly after, Judge reposted the story on his Instagram profile with the caption, “Always dog!”
Seems like the rivalry between the athletes ends when the game ends and they’re off the diamond. Even so, who do you think would’ve expected that Judge and Snell are such close-knit friends?
