In the peaceful town of Saratoga Springs in New York State, a chilling discovery has sent shockwaves through the entire community. While the city is famous for its abundance of greenery, low crime rate, and friendly neighborhood, the recent discovery has left the residents shocked to their core. 

What seemed to be a regular Thursday morning turned out to be horrifying at the baseball dugout at the city’s West Side Recreation Park. On June 15, at 7 am, a shocking discovery by one of the concerned citizens made the peaceful town a chilling crime scene. 

New York citizens are alarmed!

Early morning, one of the residents of Saratoga Springs found something to be suspicious inside the baseball dugout. As the person moved forward, he found someone, presumably dead, lying in the dugout.

Soon after, the resident called the local authorities and the investigators. After doing a welfare check, they confirmed that the man lying in the dugout was indeed not alive. As they did so, they also confirmed the man had been there for several hours. After one and a half hour of the incident, Saratoga Springs PD, NY Police Dept. took the news to Twitter, and revealed the nature of the case.

The police did not identify the man, pending notification of the family. But he was sent to Saratoga Hospital for an autopsy. However, after the checks that the investigators did, they did not find any indication of criminal activity. Hence, there does not seem to be any threat to the public. The police did not reveal the cause of death and said that there was no need to be scared. But it couldn’t have made the residents carefree at the moment. 

NYC is going through a tough time!

Another city in New York State recently went through a supposed chilling crime. On the other hand, Big Apple is dealing with its own issues. As known by many, hundreds of wildfires have been burning in Toronto Blue Jays’ country, Canada. As a result, the skies of New York City changed colors as they got smoke ridden. Moreover, NYC topped the list of the world’s most populated cities. It was because of the pollution caused by the wildfires. 

Seems like it is a tough time for the people of New York. And even though the man in the dugout did not die under suspicious circumstances, it does not take much for someone to remain cautious.
