Bronx Stadium was home for Derek Jeter till he played baseball. But the bases have shifted since his retirement. And have moved to his home and his family. Since then, Jeter has been taking care of his lovely family of five, including four kids. Though Jeter is enjoying this role, it has its challenges. Derek Jeter addressed those challenges in an interview with eonline.com.
The baseball Hall of Famer recently had a family trip to Cooperstown. Though it created many beautiful memories, it was not a smooth journey. As his wife Hannah opened up about the needs that they had to take care of while traveling, Jeter added his thoughts.
He said, “Just to clarify one thing, Francesca, it was her bright idea to bring all 4 of them. That was, yeah, it was ambitious to have all 4 when our youngest was what, two months at the time, a month and a half at the time.”
It was a funny way to describe the challenge of having four kids full of energy with different needs. It came from his experience of driving for hours with them. However, this is not the first time Jeter has addressed this stark change which has become a part of his post-retirement life.
When Jeter Addressed the Change of Voices in His Life
Jeter is a father of four named Bella, Story, River, and Kaius. Given the ages, all are filled with energies that take the shape of noises. Because of this, it brings out a different picture. One change is in voices Jeter addressed in a conversation with Colin Cowherd.
While answering what has changed since his retirement Jeter said that voices differ from the baseball field. He termed it as screaming, crying, and yelling.
