Prior to the end of the year 2022, Aaron Judge had not yet solidified his reputation as the formidable and emotive power hitter that he is today. However, this did not prevent him from exhibiting his feelings during a game in 2021, when he was subjected to taunts and jeers from the stands. Despite not yet having fully made his mark in the league, Aaron Judge was not one to back down in the face of adversity.
In a video that recently went viral, uploaded by CBS Sports, present Yankees captain Aaron Judge responded to jibes from the bleachers subtly, through artistic glove work or what some would call ‘puppetry’, in the outfield.

The video, which gained widespread attention in the early months of 2021, depicted Judge seemingly reacting to the heckling he received in reference to Gerrit Cole’s stance on the use of spider tacks.
Jomboy then uploaded the video, with an ironic caption. Which said, “Judges glove being a puppet mouth for hecklers is something I didn’t know it did.”

In 2022, Aaron Judge smashed 62 homers, and broke Roger Maris’ AL record of 61 homers in a single season, from 1961. With that, he carried the Bronx Bombers across the season, until the ALCS, where they succumbed to a beyond-competition Houston Astros. He concluded the year with the AL Hank Aaron Award. And the title of American League MVP.
