The video went viral after a Twitter media account posted it with the caption, ?Randy and his daughter are absolutely adorable.? During the interviews, the athlete went live on Instagram, showcasing a heartwarming moment as he held his daughter in his lap.

The athlete who gained Mexican citizenship just one year after escaping Cuba in 2015 played a staunch game against the Blue Jays and fought till the last hit for the trophy. But unfortunately, he could only secure the runner-up position in the event.

Randy Arozarena’s performance at the Derby

Randy Arozarena started the Derby against Adolis Garcia with 24 dingers, reaching the one last step to the trophy.?The athlete could only hit 21 homers against Guerrero Jr., who shot 25 big flies and took the trophy home. The athlete, however, did his best. He swiftly hit two home runs during the extra time and had only 30 seconds to beat the score.

On the other hand, Vlad celebrated his win by doing Randy’s folding arm pose on the mound. Later, Ken Griffey Jr. presented the trophy to the star of the night.
