Aaron Judge is the man that every team would fear in the current season. Apart from his immense hitting power, Judge brings an extra dimension to the roster. And that is his leadership. Having been playing for the New York Yankees, a leader as good as Judge, was a need of the hour.
Not only Aaron Judge, but the Yankees are also going all gun blazing in the 2022 MLB season. For the first time in the last few years, the Yankees have been dominating the American League. And if things do not go south, Judge might lead the Yankees to end their title drought in the Bronx.

Even though Judge has made his MLB debut for the New York Yankees, his childhood idol has never played for the Pinstripes. In a recent interview, the Yankees slugger revealed that he looked up to the San Francisco Giants legend, Barry Bonds while growing up. Notably, Bonds has been a controversial baseball player.
Aaron Judge idolized Barry Bonds and Rich Aurilia
In the present scenario, Aaron Judge is one of the cleanest hitters in the game. The giant-sized Yankees outfielder has already hit 27 home runs this season. So it is no surprise that Judge idolizes the Giants legend, Barry Bonds. Because Bonds holds the record of smashing the most home runs in the Major League Baseball.
But it is a pity that the Giants’ legend has not won any World Series in his professional career. Talking about his idol, Judge said he had a lot of swaggers.
“Some of the guys I kind of like watching in baseball, you about Richard Aurilia, Barry Bonds too. He was on the same team with Rich. He made the game look easy,” Judge said. “I understand now the game is not easy; he was one guy that had a lot of swaggers.”
