The 48-year-old posted a carousel of seven pictures of the father-daughter duo at different stages of their lives. He captioned the image, “Happy Birthday Ella! You light up every room you walk into and I am so proud of you in every way. ❤️”

In those pictures were captured moments of the father-daughter duo by the pool, in the car, in the Yankees stadium, and on a shopping spree, with a recent picture of them at an NBA game. One thing that can be said for sure is that the father-of-two is a doting parent. This was also confirmed by a source, as per People, who talked about Rodriguez’s amazing parenting skills.

“Over the years, Alex has been a great father. The couple’s interactions have gotten better over the years, and they ended up co-parenting in a very positive way for all,” revealed the unnamed source.
