Despite playing in some of the biggest stages in MLB, including the World Series finals, Rodriguez exclaims that the atmosphere of this golf tournament is unlike anything he’s ever experienced before. In his own words, “I’ve never seen a sports atmosphere quite like this.”

He credits the energy and enthusiasm of the fans, as well as the vibrant atmosphere of Phoenix, Arizona, and the Waste Management organization, for making the golf tournament so great. Here’s how he said it, “I think it’s everywhere… the atmosphere –  it’s Phoenix, Arizona, it’s the music, it’s the people that’s been running – it’s the Waste Management. But mainly what’s so great is the fans. The fans are unbelievable. They’re so into it, they’re passionate, it’s great.”
