Derek Jeter needs no introduction. Having played for one of the biggest sports franchises for over 20 years, Jeter had a dream career in MLB. He is one of the very few athletes who played for only one team throughout their professional career.
Considering his decision-making, calmness in pressure situations, and taking the game away in crunch situations, Jeter was one of his own kind. When he retired from baseball, an era ended in the Bronx as well as in the entire MLB.

After taking retirement from the game, the former Yankee also started making some investments to keep himself engaged. The Yankees legend once teamed up with a premium whiskey brand. He joined the league of renowned athletes LeBron James and Dwayne Johnson.
Derek Jeter wanted to do something new and different with the whiskey brand Bespoken Spirits
Per Rolling Stone, Derek Jeter teamed up with Bespoken Spirits with the release of a straight bourbon whiskey. The Yankees’ legend expressed his views on the whiskey brand. Jeter said that he looks at the whiskey brand as an innovative tech investment.

“I look at Bespoken Spirits as an innovative tech investment that has a lot to offer in changing its industry in a very positive way and helping it grow even further,” Jeter expressed his thoughts.

Jeter also confirmed that his coming into the whiskey industry has nothing to do with LeBron James and former WWE star Dwayne Johnson. Notably, these two are also in the same business.
“I don’t view my position in the spirits industry as one to compete with,” Derek Jeter said, citing other successful spirits launches from celebrities like The Rock and LeBron James. “I value the ability to take ownership of what you personally create.”
