A lot has happened in the last few weeks in MLB that has grabbed public attention. Apart from team rivalries and battles, an on-filed altercation brought the competitive nature of the league to the scene. It happened between the Chicago White Sox and the Cleveland Guardians. As the two teams battled for their season fates, a brawl between Jose Ramirez and Tim Anderson took over the field, eventually leading to multiple suspensions.

But it could not calm down the heat. And the wounded Anderson took to social media to share his thoughts on the battle. It brought his raw emotions out, which ended up causing more problems for him after the fans called out his behavior. Days after the extended damage, Anderson tried to calm the negative waves. But his effort instead has found no support from the fans, who again criticized him for playing the victim card.

The fight halted between Jose Ramirez and Tim Anderson with marching orders. But MLB noted the incident and suspended them. Amidst all this, Tim was active on social media and went on a rant against Ramirez. Though he deleted all his tweets later, the situation became much worse. And days after it, Tim has again taken to social media for an apology.

Fox Sports: MLB, referring to his Instagram post, shared his statement on Twitter.

A part of the statement read, “I want to apologize to the entire White Sox organization, my teammates, manager, and coaches, and to the fans for my part in the altercation which took place in Cleveland. This has been an incredibly disappointing season for me personally and for our team.”

He added, “The Cleveland players are free to say whatever they want, but I will just say that no one has more respect for the game of baseball than me. I look forward to returning after serving my suspension and finishing the season playing the best baseball I can to help my team.” Tim’s apology has come with a sense that the Guardians player proved him, and it made him do such a thing. But the fans think otherwise and did not like his version at all.

Baseball World Reacts Strongly to Anderson’s Attempt to Cease Fire

The baseball world has not accepted Anderson’s apology. They have called his actions wrong and pointed out his statement in a similar way.
