MLB’s 2023 regular season is about to start with teams completing their final Spring Training games. The San Francisco Giants are a franchise that has had a rather difficult off-season. They lost ace pitcher Carlos Rodon to the New York Yankees. Furthermore, they failed to sign the star players that they targeted in free agency, Carlos Correa and Aaron Judge.
The Correa deal collapsed due to supposed medical issues, whereas Judge extended his stay in the Bronx. Now, the $3.7 billion worth of SF Giants are going to back the top official that was responsible for these deals and their failures.
