‘Everything I Do Is for You…’- When Alex Rodriguez’s Ex-fiancee Jennifer Lopez Gushed About Him and His Family for Being a Pillar of Support

Back in 2020, when Alex Rodriguez and Jennifer Lopez were together, the “let’s Get Loud” singer was full of praise for her then-fiance and MLB star. Notably, their relationship did not last long enough, but A-Rod and J.Lo made one of the most talked-about couples in the sporting and entertainment world. 

A-Rod and J.Lo started dating in 2017 and ended their relationship in 2021. Even though the two had so much in common, something went wrong and A-Rod and Jennifer parted ways. But dating back to their relationship days, the two were a pillar of support for each other.

Back in 2020, Jennifer Lopez won the Icon award at the Billboard Women in Music Event. if talking about her career, the ace performer is still going strong in her late 50s. 

While sharing her acceptance speech at the event, Jennifer did not miss the opportunity to thank her then-fiance, Alex Rodriguez, for being a strong support system.

Per E-News, Jennifer thanked A-Rod for allowing her to be the artist she is.

“Of course, I want to thank my beautiful family for going on the road with me, for touring with me, for supporting me, for allowing me to be the artist that I am,” she said. “Alex and our four beautiful kids, thank you so much. I love you. Everything I do is for you guys.”

Had it not been for their breakup in 2021, the ex-couple would have become a married couple. However, there was not much of a change in Jennifer’s marriage plan; as she recently married the Hollywood actor Ben Affleck.
