“Every Night I Go to a Little League Game and Crush Those Pitchers” – Aaron Judge Once Gave This Advice to Teammate Giancarlo Stanton, or Did He?

Aaron Judge is the franchise star for the New York Yankees. And with that privilege comes a lot of responsibility. But Judge has embraced the role and has been a model professional during his years in the MLB. What’s more, is that he leads the team by example and does whatever is needed to win games.

Back in 2021, the Yankees phenom gave an essential tip to slugger teammate Giancarlo Stanton on how to club homers from the plate.

Notably, the pairing of Judge and Stanton has been incredibly successful for the Pinstripes over the years. The two have led the Yankees to several victories together. And after watching this commercial, one can easily say their off-the-field tuning is even better.

Aaron Judge was once in a T-Mobile commercial with his Yankees teammate Giancarlo Stanton. And in the commercial, Judge and Stanton got into a hilarious misunderstanding. Over a video call, Stanton asks him what his secret to hitting home runs is, and this is what Judge says “Every Night I go to a Little League game and crush those pitchers”.

But this is where the confusion begins, as Judge didn’t actually say that. What Judge really said was, while doing meditation, he imagines hitting the little league pitchers. “Meditation. Every night before I go to bed, in my mind, I go back to a Little League game. I wake up refreshed on game day and feel like I can absolutely crush those pitchers. It’s awesome,” said Judge.

T-Mobile wanted to show that Judge and Stanton weren’t using their connection and so this misunderstanding occurred. What’s more, is that in the commercial Stanton took Judge’s advice and went to a Little League game to practice hitting home runs.

The result was devastating as Stanton hit a massive homer off a Little League pitcher. Yankees fans will be hoping that both Judge and Stanton hit home runs like that during the 2023 season.

This was not the first commercial they did together

Judge and Stanton have done a commercial before. In 2019, the two appeared together in a commercial for the New York Yankees. And before that, both appeared in the Yankees 2018 commercial but were not seen together in it. The two of them have undeniable chemistry on the field.
