Timmy Trumpet is an Australian musician, and a New York Mets supporter. He has performed live at the Mets’ home ground this season. Timmy once did a live rendition of Mets’ star pitcher, Edwin Diaz’s iconic walkout theme song.?
Edwin Diaz is a relief pitcher for the Mets with an impressive strikeout record. Diaz made his MLB debut for the Seattle Mariners, and also a two-time All-Star player. A song titled, Narco, has made a symbolic attachment to Diaz. Timmy recently did a live rendition of Diaz’s walkout theme song for the talk show personality, Guillermo Rodriguez.?

Guillermo walked into Jimmy Kimmel’s studio with a number ‘seven’ Mets jersey and his surname ‘Rodriguez’ on the back. Timmy constantly played on Diaz’s walkout song, as Guillermo walked past the audience to loud cheers. Kimmel did a brief introduction saying, “Guillermo got some Edwin Diaz style accompaniment from Timmy Trumpet who is right up there in the balcony.” ?

Timmy later posted about the special incident on his Twitter account writing, “Thanks for having me Jimmy Kimmel! Go Mets.”
