The season has not progressed according to the liking of the New York Yankees and their fans. They are last in the AL East and seem to have lost the grip of the new season. In the latest conversation with the media, General Manager Brian Cashman appealed to the fans to keep supporting the team. He asked the fans to believe in them and focused that the team will turn it around. These comments have come after the Yankees double over the Cleveland Guardians, winning the series 2-1.

Talkin Yanks shared the post quoting Cashman with a caption, ?Don?t give up on us. Don?t count us out? It?s a championship caliber operation.? Cashman added,”?If it was a short season, we’d be taken out. Cashman also opened up about the process they are involved in and stated,”

Player wise, staff wise, support staff wise, it’s a championship Kyle Liver operation from that perspective. But we’re not currently flying.” He added that the team is working hard to find the solution and will be successful in the meantime.

How fans reacted to Cashman’s appeal?

Cashman’s appeal for fan support failed to satisfy the fans, even though the team has performed well in the last few games. Many claimed that these are false and empty promises. Many argued that investments made by Cashman resulted in poor performances of the season.
