He delivered in the clutch and ensured his team won it, which sent the entire Dodger Stadium into a frenzy. Meanwhile, as every camera wanted his attention, he pulled his wife, Chelsea, near the dugout, into his embrace and a kiss – the moment was picture-perfect!

Chelsea has been everything and more to Freddie this season, supporting one another through his injuries and personal battles. Freeman had a finger fracture earlier this season; however, the most difficult and emotionally challenging has, of course, been his son Maximus’ health scare. He was diagnosed with a rare syndrome, Guillain-Barre, but Freddie Freeman took a short break from the games before making a quick comeback. However, fate had its own plans.

Freddie Freeman missed ALCS Game 6 against the New York Mets because of his injured ankle. Meanwhile, his wife Chelsea has got her lineup in the style department. “World Series fitting!” she had posted on Instagram earlier this week, giving a sneak peek of a clothing rack full of clothes for game-day glam. From denims to leather jackets, and even a stellar Gucci piece—she had many items on display. And on Game 1, she even had her nails on a fleek!

Chelsea Freeman, ahead of Game 1 of the World Series, showed off the custom nail art she was rocking. It had polka dots, complete with the Dodgers logo and her husband’s jersey number. Well, it seems her support brought in just the luck Freddie Freeman needed – the Dodgers star made history that day. Freeman joined Kirk Gibson as the only other Dodger star to hit a walk-off home run in a World Series.

Moreover, he took it a step further, becoming the first player in MLB history to do it with a grand slam. This is an achievement etched in history; while Freddie’s got his fans cheering, his real MVP squad has been his family with their constant support. Now, Freddie Freeman has more games to prove his mantle, but if he can keep up this pace, Freeman will truly remain unstoppable.
