Americans question the shaky USA defense after the WBC team announcement
The MLB stars, including Mike Trout, Mookie Betts, Kyle Tucker, Trea Turner, Paul Goldschmidt, J. T. Realmuto, and Pete Alonso will lead team USA from the plate. However, the defense looks shaky. If not for the Yankees ace Nestor Cortes Jr., Team USA does not have enough strength from the mound.

The World Baseball Classic is all set to commence on 8th March. The eight teams that qualified for round two are the USA, Mexico, Chinese Taipei, Netherlands, Japan, South Korea, Puerto Rico, and Venezuela.
MLB World Series 2022:
After sweeping the Seattle Mariners in the American League Division and Series, followed by sweeping the mighty Yankees in the Championship Series, the Astros entered the Fall Classic without losing a single game in the 2022 postseason. On the other hand, the Phillies set foot in the NL postseason through the Wild Card round after sweeping the Cardinals. Following that, they conquered the 2021 World Series Champions – Atlanta Braves in the Division Series. Ensuing this, the Phillies took on the Padres, beat them in the NLCS, and finally reached the World Series after a long, competitive playoff round.
