Sharlee Jeter has long been serving as the President of the Turn 2 Foundation, serving the org successfully. On a recent podcast appearance, Montgomery and Co. asked her about what it was like working with family.

“I think it’s different, it’s a very different experience. I don’t think it works for everyone but I love working with my family, especially as well all get older. I appreciate it so much. When I first started working, it was a little different,” Sharlee Jeter says.

“But what I’ve learned to appreciate the most when working with everybody at this age, when everybody has their own lives – like Derek has his own family, I have my own family  – it pulls us all together more often.”

“We meet with each other often. We always have a reason to catch up. When life gets busy, work kind of pulls us together and keeps us together. We’ve always been a close-knit family, but I just love working with them.”
