Jeter is remarkably a 14-time All-Star member and a five-time World Series champion. Whereas, Hannah Jeter is a supermodel and a television show host with a majestic career of her own.

Derek Jeter met supermodel Hannah Jeter for the first time in 2012 at a New York restaurant. The meeting happened by chance through a mutual friend during a social event. They started dating from then onwards. They kept their relationship mostly hidden from public focus until announcing their engagement in 2015. 

The couple got married in 2016 and are together since then. Derek and Hannah found happiness in each other because of their like-mindedness. Hannah, too, avoids media attention in her personal life, just like Derek. She is also a fitness enthusiast herself, who stays fit through tennis, yoga, and horseback riding.

A source close to the couple once said, “Derek’s friends absolutely adore Hannah because she has made Derek so happy. It turns out he’s kind of a one-woman man, and all those years that he was playing the field,  he was not nearly as relaxed and content as he is with Hannah.”

Life at present for the gifted couple 

Derek and Hannah live a peaceful, old-fashioned family life. The couple maintains a significant distance from the modern-day social network domain. They are the parents of three daughters, namely, Bella Raine, Story Grey, and River Rose.
