Texas Rangers MVP Corey Seager has been stealing the hearts of his fans since last week. And now his fellow players are following in his footsteps. The reigning Rangers’ stars, Adolis Garcia and Corey Seager, have been making appearances for the fans since their World Series Championship. A dinner here, a signing there—it hasn’t stopped raining Rangers since Friday, and it seems like the Texans just cannot get enough of them!

The team held a victory parade, celebrating their first Fall Classic championship. More than half a million fans gathered to watch their favorite sluggers up close. Seager, Carter, and Garcia were there, waving to the fans and throwing signed t-shirts at them. But it wasn’t enough for the Texans; they wanted to see their heroes up close, not in a moving vehicle where they couldn’t interact with them. And the three Texas Toppers made their dream come true the following weekend!

Seager made a surprise appearance at the Raising Cane’s restaurant in Arlington after the victory parade. He went around taking orders from his shell-shocked fans, one after another. The following day, he went to a meet-and-greet autograph event at a Mesquite store. Hundreds of Texans lined up outside the store in the hopes of seeing their favorite MVP. Some fans even started securing their positions starting Friday night so that they could be the first to see the shortstop.

The phenomena repeated itself at today’s signing event at the Academy Sports + Outdoors outlet at Arlington, West Arbrook Boulevard. Fans camped up overnight to get a glimpse of Adolis “El Bombi” Garcia and get him to sign their t-shirts. Garcia didn’t disappoint as he was there for the fans from 3 p.m. to 4.30 p.m., entertaining them, laughing with them, and clicking selfies with them.

Fans couldn’t have been more ecstatic about getting to meet their heroes in real life. “We got our autograph from Adolis Garcia; we’ve been here since one in the morning,”, said a very flustered yet happy woman. She was soon joined in by another fan, who was there with his little son: “I feel amazing, he’s one of our favorite players, we always scream for him every time he’s at bat, it’s amazing.”. But here’s another thing: he wasn’t the only Ranger to do an autograph event on Sunday!

What is better than getting a Ranger? To get two!

While the people were going gaga over Adolis Garcia in Arlington, outfielder Evan Carter was handing out autographs to the fans on the same day. Carter went to appear for the part of the event that was held in the Euless Store, located on Rio Grande Boulevard. His signing event went on from 1 p.m. to 2.30 p.m. He, too, seemed excited to have so much attention all around. “It’s the dream of every ball player, is to help win the World Series and experience that, so it’s a dream come true,” Carter mused.

The events are going around all of North Texas without any entry fee. There were kiosks set up for the fans to buy various team merchandise from. Though it is unclear whether the Rangers will be making any more surprise appearances anytime soon, it feels good to know that the sluggers care for their fans as much as they do!
