He took the time for a photo, autograph, and conversation with every kid, and I was just so struck by how kind it was.” Notably, it was a memorable visit for Carroll, who is having a solid season.

Per the DBacks rookie’s season stats, he has played 86 games till now and is averaging 0.289 with an OPS of 0.915. Moreover, he has contributed 63 runs and 18 home runs till now as one of the best in the team and the league.
