Such negative responses, even after achieving new heights, explain the reputation of the 14x All-Star player among others. Even the sports writers and media were against the legend. Sometimes, rivals take the chance to mock the greatest players from different teams, but in the case of Bonds, his teammates had the same impression of him. However, Bonds’ talent can’t be suppressed like this. During the 2001 campaign, he managed to hit 73 Home Run in 153 games, which is not even the entire season.

Except for the baseball achievements, Bonds never has anything else to show off. He had a tough divorce and frequent controversies where the media attacked him brutally. He never had someone to lean on.
