Every other day, a player makes a record. Then, another player breaks that record and makes a new record. It happens in every sport and has happened in baseball as well. Until now, in the fourth place for having the most home runs, Alex Rodriguez was the only one.?

But, after last night, the Cardinals hitter, Albert Pujols, tied with Alex Rodriguez by hitting the 696th home run of his career. Naturally, the celebrations started for the players, and congratulations from A-Rod himself also came.

Prior to this, Alex congratulated Yankees star, Aaron Judge, for surpassing his Yankees record of most home runs. And now, it looks like he will be congratulating Pujols for taking fourth place from him soon enough.?

What did Alex Rodriguez say about Pujols?

Having played for Major League Baseball for three different teams, Alex managed to hit 696 homers in 22 seasons of his career. With the 696th hit, he took fourth place for most home runs in the history of baseball.

Now, Big Al, Pujols has tied with him on it.?

Pujols is set to retire after this season ends, and he is just four home runs away to make a big change after years on the all-time home run list.
