Since the show Shark Tank appeared on television, it has ignited viewers’ interest in the business. They got to see how businesses get built and what goes behind in up-scaling it. And according to the former Yankee, it gave them a chance to “get their MBA once a week through watching Shark Tank.”

Appearing on the show made A-Rod realize that he was the first-ever Hispanic to become a shark, even as a guest. It made him realize that by being on the show as a mentor, he could help millions of people realize their potential. During an interview with Forbes in 2017, the former athlete said, “I represent a great group of people, and I’m just happy that I can pave the way for millions.”

The ex-slugger did not reach this point in his life without making the mistakes he made. But instead of those mistakes slowing him, he owned them, learned from them, and eventually worked to prevent others from making the same mistakes.

Having fulfilled his dreams, A-Rod now encourages others!

For those unversed, a young Alex Rodriguez, before entering MLB, has seen only two dreams. He wanted to play professional baseball and enter the business world. Determined to do both soon, as he turned 18, he was playing baseball professionally for the Seattle Mariners and also became a businessman
