The New York Yankees star player Aaron Judge has had a tremendous season this year. He broke the legendary Roger Maris’ record of AL’s single season most home runs. But before that, he did something special for the woman who raised him to become who he is today. Fortunately for Aaron, the iconic home run ball did not end up in a fan’s hand, and eventually, he got it.

But he did not keep it for himself. The Big Aaron Judge gave his 61st home run ball to his mother, Mrs. Patty Judge. The outfielder has never shied away from showing his love for his parents. And both his parents are, by far, the proudest parents.
At some point, Mr. and Mrs. Judge had to tell him that they adopted him. But maybe they would not have expected the reaction that Judge gave when they actually decided to tell him the truth.
How did Big Aaron Judge react when he got to know the truth?
Judge’s parents decided to tell their son the truth about his parentage when he was about 10 or 11 years old. But somehow, the Yankees star had already figured it out. Or he had suspected it for a while as he didn’t look like them.
Therefore, when his parents told him, his reaction was plain, and the young man wanted to just go out and play.

“They just kind of told me I was adopted. I was like, ‘OK, that’s fine with me.’ You’re still my mom, the only mom I know. You’re still my dad, the only dad I know. Nothing really changed. I honestly can’t even remember too much, because it wasn’t that big of a deal. They just told me I was adopted, and I said, ‘OK, can I go outside and play?’” said Judge.
Number 99 took the big news of him being adopted in a very subtle way that the star does not even remember too much of it. His priority at the time was to be allowed to play.
He could’ve taken the news in a very different way than he had, but he didn’t.
