After retiring, the 14x All-Star Yankees legend frequently gave interviews and shared his opinion on various topics, despite rarely doing so during his career. Post his retirement, A-Rod proved his talent in the business field by establishing himself as a business tycoon. A few days back, he went for an interview on a show namedPro Athlete Turned Investor – Robert Kiyosaki, Kim Kiyosaki,” and shared his opinion on how legendary athletes have been tuning into businesspersons once they end their sports career.??

Does that make sense to you?”?Initially, fans thought Rodriguez would disagree, remembering their rivalry, but surprisingly, the legend didn’t even think before saying, “100%, yeah.”

The legend further explained his point by mentioning that this problem is mostly with people who are “too smart.” And how an average student like him can look for everything that can go wrong.

The former Yankees legend continues, “And if you are like me, you’re an average Joe, you are like what are all the things that can go wrong? And I do think there are something about you miss 100% of the shots that you don’t take. As you get older, you refine that. You don’t just swing fences all the time.”?

The 2009 World Series Champion agrees on developing talent with getting older, and according to him though athletes sometimes fail in the investment industry, they have the most potential to shine.

A-Rod’s encouraging words will uplift the younger generation, but it’s shocking for fans to back someone who mistreated him during his crisis. The rivalry has gone so far that Trump once tweeted openly to cancel Rodriguez’s contract.
