Criticism Moves off the Field as New York Yankees Misery Continues

It has been a hard season for the Yanks. And the streak of poor results has only added to the negatives. Because of it, even the team bus the Yankees are facing the heat from rivals. It was visible in a Reddit post, where Orioles fans took a dig at the Yankees with a reference from the garbage truck.  They synced the garbage truck with the Yankees bus amidst their ongoing struggles. The post read, “Yankees ride their bus in shame after being swept.” It came after the Yankees lost a series to the Boston Red Sox, losing all three games.

But this was the rare support from the fans, who are themselves unhappy with the team. Tired of the front office, including the GM Brian Cashman, fans are planning a big night to show their displeasure and ask for his firing. It read, “Save the date! FIRE CASHMAN NIGHT Friday, September 22 vs. Arizona 7 pm Sections 202 – 204 Make your voice heard!”

This protest shows fans’ displeasure with the GM, who they have accused of making things worse by not acting when needed. It seems to be an extension of their anger because of trade failure and missing out on the players who are shining now.

After their repeated calls for change were sidelined, they have now taken things into their hands.
