Shohei Ohtani has become the face of Major League baseball. Known for his two-way playing style, the Japanese star has been a blessing for baseball. Even though the LA Angels are struggling in the American League, Ohtani has been one of the best performers this season.

It has been only four years since Ohtani made his MLB debut. And the Angels’ two-way phenom has already established himself as one of the best players in baseball history. Though Ohtani does not get enough notice for his off-the-field activities, he once made headlines for buying a brand new Tesla car.

Is Ohtani alone enough for the Angels?

An individual might win a couple of games with their brilliance, but when it comes down to winning a tournament, it needs a balanced team. The same thing is happening with the LA Angels.

In the name of Mike Trout and Shohei Ohtani, the Angels have a couple of brilliant payers, but the AL West side is still struggling to find a way to win the games. Just like the last season, the Angels are likely to go trophyless in the 2022 season.
