Working out is an integral part of being a baseball player as it helps them with their performance. But that is only if one works out properly with the right equipment and in the right setting. One young MLB player was recently seen working out in quite possibly the worst place available. This MLB player is none other than the Baltimore Orioles? young catcher Adley Rutschman.?

Winter can be harsh and during this chilly time of the year, most people enjoy spending it inside with a blanket. But Rutcshman was seen exercising with weights while out in the snow. And that is not it, as there is more to the story.

In a recent Twitter video that was shared by Jomboy Media, Rutschman can be seen working out in the snow. Furthermore, the 24-year-old Orioles catcher was not wearing anything to cover the upper half of his body. Not only was Rutschman completely unprotected against the cold, but the exercise he was doing was probably poorly executed as well.?

Jomboy Media shared the video on Twitter and said, ?Are you working out in the snow like Adley Rutschman?? Most people are probably not, to be very honest.

Fans have reacted to the video of Rutschman and it?s safe to say he was getting mocked. Most were confused, and some were in disbelief at what he was doing. Even some MLB players reacted to it and shared their opinions.

A lot of players are having major Christmas headaches but Rutschman?s might have been a bit more painful. But all jokes aside, Rutschman has looked fantastic in his first year in the big league.

Rutschman had a great 2022 season

Adley Rutschman finished 2022 second in Rookie of the Year Voting and 12th in MVP voting. This was due to a fantastic campaign in which he showed real potential as both a hitter and a catcher.?
