Things are finally falling into place for the LA Angels. Courtesy of their star players, Mike Trout and Shohei Ohtani, the Angels have finally climbed up the ladder to stand at second after the Texas Rangers. Most recently, the duo made history at the Kauffman Stadium, playing against the Kansas City Royals. Shortly after, the Angels’ dugout witnessed a special moment between their centerfielder Mike Trout and his almost three-year-old son, Beckham Aaron Trout. 

Coincidentally, after this adorable father-son moment took place in the dugout, the world celebrated Father’s Day on Sunday, June 18. Hence, being a proud father, Trout shared this special moment with his fans. 

Mike Trout is the proudest father!

Aside from posting about his games and endorsing brands, Trout has a habit of sharing special moments with his family on social media. Hence, Trout’s 2.2 million fans on Instagram have seen this father-son duo hitting baseballs, the Trout family enjoying vacation, and many other memorable moments. However, this time a heartwarming father-son clip brightened everyone’s day, perfectly complementing the spirit of Father’s Day.

Taking to his Instagram handle, Mike posted a video of his son trying to come towards him, saying, “Daddy!” Within moments of this happening, someone from the clubhouse tried to block the young man’s path while having fun with him. While running in joy, Beckham can be seen replying to the man about who his father is, “Mike Trout.” After this, Trout, while shooting the video, called his little man, “Come here, dude!” and the young man ran past everyone in the arms of his father.

As Mike posted this adorable clip of his son, he wished all the fathers in the world a Happy Father’s Day. There, he wrote, “Love you so much my little dude! Blessed to be your dad. Happy Father’s Day to all the dads out there!” Trout’s love for his son is never-ending, and quite a few examples can be seen on the baseball player’s social media handle. 

Trout and Ohtani wrote their names in Angles’ history

Giving an enormous boost to the team, Mike and Shohei hit their 15th and 24th home run of the season, the 28th time that they hit homers in the same games. Doing so, they wrote their names in Angels’ history, having the second most time that this happened. The Angels did not have a good start to the season, but things are finally looking good for Anaheim’s players.
