A Challenge That Shows How Far Alex Rodriguez Has Come in Terms of Fitness

The 14x All-Star posted a story on Instagram where he showcased his pull-up skills. He matched the clip with ‘Let’s Go’ by Key Glock, a perfect backdrop to his impressive strength. But the story was more of a challenge than just an exhibit. He added the words, “Thanksgiving challenge. 50 pull ups before dinner tag me and I’ll repost”. This was not only a prompt to his peers for a fitness challenge, but also a way of raising awareness.

On the occasion of Thanksgiving, A-Rod thus packaged the gift of fitness wrapped as a challenge. Well, this is not the first time the World Series Champion has brought fitness to the forefront

‘People’ covered a detailed story on Alex’s fitness journey, also referencing the “vulnerable post” that he made weeks ago. Thanks to his girlfriend, Jaclyn Cordeiro and her fitness routine that helped him lose over 30lbs. He shared how the routinely done “small changes led to big results, and I’m feeling better than ever”.

Alex Rodriguez’s Changes in Lifestyle

Rodriguez shared that he made some atomic changes, namely, “1. More plants, less red meat 2. Intermittent fasting 3. Night walks”. As an aftermath of his meticulous hard work, he shared a before and after picture, revealing the stark difference. Today, A-Rod flaunts an enviable 6-pack. Considering that it’s thanksgiving, it is noteworthy to re-mention Rodriguez’s message for his girlfriend, who helped him get in shape.
