Former baseball phenom Alex Rodriguez won almost every possible title during his storied MLB career. Be it the 2009 World Series with the New York Yankees or a couple of league MVPs, Alex won it all in his prime years. However, all of these glories were not only about A-Rod’s hard work. Behind the scene was his mother, who stood by him in his every high and low. recognizing the same, the former Yankees star always shared his achievements with his mother.

Most recently, Rodriguez shared another moment with his mother, which goes on to show the love and respect he has for his mother. Almost 13 years after winning his first and only Fall Classic, Alex Rodriguez looked back at the moment with his mother by his side.

Most recently, Alex visited his billion-dollar worth venture, A-Rod Corp’s office. There, on one of the walls, is a huge picture of the Yankees’ 2009 World Series parade. Before A-Rod introduced the people in the picture, he snapped a short video addressing his fans, and he said, “What’s up everybody? I’m here with my family. I have my mom, the owner of the company, the goat, my sister.”

Then, pointing toward the parade’s picture, Alex said, “We have me. We have Cervelli (former teammate). We have the GOAT Jay-Z. We have Nick, little Nick (former MLB player and A-Rod Corp’s associate) when he was like 10-12 years old. We have my niece Gianna, my brother’s daughter. We have mom, another Goat right here, mama. We have Natasha here, who’s only five. She lost that hat. We never got it back. That was 2009 World Championship. Yankees.”

While addressing everyone in the iconic picture, Alex had a big smile on his face. A-Rod expressed how proud he is of one of the biggest achievements of his life so far.

Before entering the year 2009, A-Rod had gone through some tough times in his personal life. On alleged cheating allegations, Alex had gotten divorced from his then-wife, Cynthia Scurtis.

Hence, A-Rod was going through many things personally, and the year 2009 changed everything for him. Needless to say, it was an important and iconic year for the former Yankee.
