Alex Rodriguez and Jennifer Lopez made a wonderful couple a few years back. Since both were extremely famous in their respective fields, they were no less than a royal couple. However, the former Yankee and his then-girlfriend once dined with the Duke and Duchess of Sussex on a double date.

Although there is no official information regarding the same, A-Rod once spilled tea with renowned TV personality Jimmy Fallon.

Notably, soon as the news came out, everyone wanted to know if the news of Alex and JLo on a double date with Prince Harry and Meghan Markle was indeed true or not. However, A-Rod cleared the air on the topic while saying the least words possible.

Two years ago, in March 2020, the business mogul Alex Rodriguez went on ‘Tonight’s show with Jimmy Fallon’. There, in a Q&A segment, Fallon directly asked him about the alleged double date with the royal couple. He also asked if it was indeed a double date, then who paid?

What followed Fallon’s question was a big laughter from the viewers. Then, Alex said, “I signed an NDA,” followed by a gasp from the audience as it seemed that he indeed went on a double date with the Duke and Duchess of Sussex.?

Aside from the infamous double date, Fallon asked A-Rod about how close he was to signing with the Red Sox. He said that if it wasn’t for MLB’s intervention at the last step, he would have gotten traded to the Red Sox. He also said that he still has the signed contract with the Red Sox framed at his home as a collector’s item.?

Other than this, Jimmy asked Alex about him wanting to buy the Mets. Although Alex did not give a proper answer to it, he did not shy away from admitting that he was a huge fan of the Mets growing up.
