Alex Rodriguez Hyped Up Ex-Fiancee Jennifer Lopez With an Ode to NBA Icon Michael Jordan Before Her Massive Super Bowl Show in 2020

The relationship between Alex Rodriguez and Jennifer Lopez stayed in the news ever since they started. Now, even after breaking up and moving on from each other, discussions about their relationship haven’t stopped. And from the looks of it, it is not going to stop any time soon. Because that’s how charismatic their relationship was. 

Until problems started arising between them, both of them showed their love for each other in front of people. They never shied away from praising or motivating each other whenever either of them was doing something significant. It never mattered if the thing they were doing was small or big. What mattered was that they were always present for each other at every high or low throughout their relationship. 

One such high of their relationship was when the megastar Jennifer Lopez got the opportunity to perform at the halftime show of Super Bowl LIV in 2020. The former baseball player has always heaped praise for his ex-fiancee during and after their relationship. Therefore, Alex praising JLo was not something new. What was new was Alex comparing Jennifer to the NBA legend, Michael Jordan, with the face the player used to make on the field.

Rodriguez has, multiple times, talked about how hard-working Jennifer is and how she puts everything into the task in front of it. The multitalented woman is now an inspiration for every woman, or how she’s the most talented and hard-working human being he has ever met. The fact is Alex would never run out of praise while talking about Jennifer. 

When 2 days were left for the event, JLo was getting ready for her performance and was at the stadium. Whereas, A-Rod was doing everything that he should be doing by helping her while creating a vlog side by side. Looking at his camera, he said, “She’s got like a Michael Jordan game face. She’s so lucky, so serious, she’s worked a lifetime to get it.”

Alex’s words turned out to be true, as the halftime Super Bowl performance of JLo with the Queen of Latin music, Shakira, went great. 

Even though the couple is no more together, Rodriguez has never said one bad word about the actress. 

The couple was supposed to get married in 2020, but Covid ruined their plans. Then they tried to reschedule. But before they could finally set a date, problems started arising between them. Eventually, they broke up and announced it to the world in April 2021.
