Alex Bregman has been a crucial player for the Houston Astros over the years. Many know the Astros slugger as a team man, but Bregman is also a family man, who would do anything for people close to him. While the Astros may not be playing their best baseball this season, Bregman is standing firm with his father Sam Bregman through thick and thin.

Talking about the senior Bregman, he recently announced his candidature for the office of district attorney next year. This will be Sam Bregman’s 2nd stint as District Attorney if he is elected next year. Acknowledging the same, Alex lent his support to his father, who is running for the DA position.

Back in January 2023, Raul Torrez was elected Attorney General of New Mexico, due to which he had to resign from the post of DA. Alex Bregman took to his social media and posted a story of his father’s campaign promotion on his Instagram.

Bregman believes that within 6 months of him being a DA, the crime rate has come down. Considering Alex’s popular face and the way he is rallying behind his father in support of his bid for next year’s election, Sam may get some help from his son.
